Prepare mentally, emotionally and physically for surgery with guidance, habits and tools that set you up for long-term success.

Pre‑Op: Preparing for Change

Our Pre‑Op program guides you through the mental, emotional and physical preparation needed before bariatric surgery. It’s a comprehensive journey that helps you understand why surgery is a tool—not a cure—while giving you the habits and knowledge for long‑term success.

At the moment we are not accepting new additions to the program as it is full.
If you’d like to be notified when a spot opens up, please send us an inquiry.
